While we can't help you if you're slogging into a 20 miles per hour headwind in the pouring rain, when its close to freezing, we can make sure you're happy with your Penhale frame. If there's a problem with any Penhale product, send us a message and we'll work our hardest to find a solution.

Warranty

Our frames all come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Basically speaking if you buy one of our frames and it breaks because of something faulty, we'll replace it. However, ride into a bus, drop it from a plane at 33000 feet and there's a problem thats not a manufacturing issue, because we love you, we'll sell you a new frame at a very healthy discount.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal,  all orders shipped to California addresses are subject to Orange County sales tax of 8%

Shipping

All USA orders are shipped using either FedEx or UPS - sometimes the USPS. International orders are shipped by the best available option - insured and tracked. We'll even endeavor to ship you your order, even if you're deep in the jungles of South America, or the plains of Africa - but then we might just be jealous enough of your trip to deliver that replacement derailleur hanger in person!

Import duties on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
